Manta specialises in period race brakes. Manufactured from the highest quality materials, the centres are 7000 series aluminium and the rotors are SG cast iron.

These rotors can be manufactured to suit any wheel, fork and caliper combination and to meet race class regulations. We can also manufacture and fit caliper mounts to suit any combination.

Our triple clamps are CNC machined from the highest grade aluminium. We design our clamps to suit your taste and requirements. Use standard offsets or Manta can assist with calculations for geometry modifications. Or maybe you require fork crowns to adapt different model forks to your chassis.

Due to the requirements relating to the registration of Modified and Individually Constructed Motor Cycles now being more strictly controlled, Manta have developed facilities to measure the stiffness and strength of your motor cycle frame for both torsional and braking loads.

Manta’s high quality bars are manufactured from 6061 T6 aluminium and all the pins and cap screws are made from 316 stainless steel. These clip-ons are adjustable in 3 planes and, when ordered , the rise height can be nominated to suit your bike and riding position.

Rear sets should not only look good but should be designed with function in mind. We can design and manufacture rear sets to suit your bike and also suit your needs. Whether it is race rear sets or forward controls for your cruiser.

The levers are reversible and interchangeable from side to side. They also run on bearings for precise movement and minimal free play. Position is adjustable.

The foot pegs are non slip and have built in sheer point, so if you do happen to drop it,
the peg will break and not the back plate, leaving enough peg to enable the bike to be ridden.
